Raw Carrot Bites! Just in time for Thanksgiving. Try these amazing Carrot Bites as a healthy desert option for Thanksgiving.
1.5 C grated carrots
1/4 C gluten free rolled oats
1 C pitted dates.
1/2 C shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 C dried cranberries
1/3 C ground walnuts
1/3 C puréed coco butter
Pulse everything in food processor except cranberries until it is like dough. Mia in cranberries and make little balls (makes roughly 8). Refrigerate for an hour! They are divine.
