About Me

I am a yoga instructor, certified Health Coach, wife, mother of three, eternal student, seasoned expat and passionate lover of life! My personal mission is to marry these realms that are so important to me so I can live a life that is full of passion, joy, health and well-being.


From the craziness of moving to three different countries in 10 years and having three young children during the process, I turned to yoga to not only relieve stress and unwind, but also as a place of comfort and self-discovery during so many foreign experiences. Although I had been practicing yoga for years, at this point in my life it became a place for me to get to know myself, get closer to who I truly was and to live from a place of confidence and authenticity. I was so hooked on this path of self-discovery that I haven’t stopped studying the practices ever since.


I have been teaching yoga internationally, leading public and private classes and workshops for seven years. My classes combine detailed alignment with fluid movement and creative sequencing for a challenging class that is fun and approachable. My teaching is influenced from years of deep study in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Anusara yoga It has been a true honor to study with some of the most skillful, authentic and brilliant teachers and I am deeply grateful for Micheline Berry, Greta Hill, Desiree Rumbaugh, Sianna Sherman, Noah Maze and Rocky Herron.  I am also a graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I was fortunate to have studied with some of the leading health and wellness experts in the world.


For me, yoga is a life journey that is strengthening me physically and mentally but most importantly teaching me to soften around the edges in the craziness of everyday life. It is my hope that I can share my deep passion with you on or off of the mat.


I currently live in Panama City, Panama.  When I am not on the yoga mat, you can find me doing anything from driving my children around to school activities, experimenting with healthy child friendly recipes in the kitchen, sporting my boxing gloves, waiting in an airport security line, hiking in the mountains, relaxing on a beach, visiting the closest art museum or sipping a glass of wine or a large green smoothie!
